From there he continued to do more Street Fairs and branched out into Classic Car Shows. In 1995 he closed the restaurant so that he could do events full time.
Today High Mountain Productions provides local and popular entertainment, beautiful cars, and a large variety of vendors in some of the best Classic Car Shows and Street Fairs in the Northern Nevada (Reno, Carson City, Sparks, Lake Tahoe & Lake Topaz) and California (Truckee and Lake Tahoe) areas. Since it was started High Mountain Productions has also produced several events for Community Service Organizations (Optimist clubs, MDA, Kruzin for Kids etc.), which have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to be put back into the surrounding communities.
Martin Mann of Sneakers & Steve Maitland of High Mountain Events Steve you wlll be missed, may you rest in peace.
We have certainly been honored this past 2 years to attend Steves events with our 49 Packard. In fact, Jim received his first award from Steves event and was so proud.
We thank him for bringing all of us together to enjoy our classics, our music, foods, and entertainment; also for raising funds for great causes; he will truly be missed; our love and prayers to his family.

Please keep us posted on services/flowers, etc. A nice tribute would be to drive our cars if the family concurs. - by Richard Fox, 09-29-2013, 4:46 PM
